Ryce is an undergraduate student, majoring in Biology with an emphasis in Ecology, and previously worked in the McCracken Lab under Dr. Shawn McCracken, where she researched the movements of birds in Ecuador using bioacoustics monitoring. Current research interests include studying the effects of changing ocean chemistry on coral reef ecosystems. After graduation, she plans on pursuing her PhD in Ecology.
In her free time, Ryce enjoys surfing, traveling, spending time in nature, and relaxing with a good book.
