Mason Bridgeman

Mason Bridgeman started attending Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in the fall of 2021 to earn a bachelors degree in environmental science. After discovering the opportunities available through HRI and striving to gain hands-on experience with the research process, he decided to become a student research assistant for the oyster recycling program Sink Your Shucks. Along with this, he also balances an engine mechanic position working on beach carts in Port Aransas. During his time off, Mason enjoys going surf fishing off the beaches of Mustang Island and Padre Island National Seashore.
