Eva is a graduate student in the Coastal and Marine System Science program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She currently in the Doctoral program and working as a research assistant. She is currently serving as the elected vice president of the Marine Science Graduate Student organization and volunteering with the McNair Scholars program on campus. Previously she earned a M.S. in Coastal and Marine System Science working on ocean acidification and modeling techniques. She earned a B.S. in aquatic biology with an emphasis on aquatic systems and conducted research on mircroplastics in the Mississippi headwaters. She also participated in the McNair Scholars Program and presented her research through the program.
